Sant Antnin Waste Treatment - Quality Policy
WasteServ seeks to provide a national service through its waste recovery and treatment processes employed at the Sant’ Antnin Waste Treatment Plant. The plant is setup to: contribute to the increase of waste separation in our country, recover recyclable material, produce stabilized digestate, reduce the amount of waste going to landfill and produce renewable energy from waste.

Through its operations at Sant’ Antnin Waste Treatment Plant, and the various supporting administrative branches, WasteServ will strive to maximise treated waste, minimise rejects and increase the amount of renewable energy generated from waste.

WasteServ seeks to achieve customer satisfaction through its waste recovery and waste treatment processes. To ensure that consistent positive feedback is attained, the Company will monitor and follow-up on customer complaints, as well as gauge feedback from the Board of Directors.

To implement this policy we have adopted a management system based on the requirements of ISO9001:2008.

We are committed to continually improve our management system and its effectiveness constantly and repeatedly. This policy is communicated to and understood by all personnel within the organisation.

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure that our focus on customer requirements is maintained and that the measures of our promise to the customer are being achieved.
